Hey guys! Here are my favorites for the month of August. REVIEW: I usually get repulsed by most vanilla/sweet scents because they leave a strange after smell and simply smell cheap. I ordered this off eBay recently and literally wear this everyday - it is AMAZING. It is so long lasting and has the most perfect vanilla girly scent. Also, most of you might have already heard this but vanilla is supposed to be the most attractive and arousing scent for men if you're interested haha! But seriously, if your not a sweet scent type of girl you should still give this a try you will be in love! Its $30 at Sephora but I got it for less then $20 on eBay - check it out :)

Live Clean Organic Argan Oil Leave-In Spray Exotic Nectar Restorative Conditioning

REVIEW: I believe this is a Canadian brand. I found this at Shoppers Drug Mart but you can find this online. This is my absolute favorite leave-in conditioner. I wanted to try an argan oil treatment but I already use the Organix coconut oil serum, so I didn't want to be putting too many oils in my hair. I was so happy when I found this because it is a spray, its organic and it works amazingly! This is weightless and it will lock in moisture and shine into your hair even after using heat. The smell isn't too bad it definitely smells like grapeseed oil mixed with the argan oil. You have to shake this before using and then spray all over your hair and it will make your hair look so good I promise! If you are on the lookout for an argan oil dupe sort of thing - this is for you :)

Vitamin E Oil

REVIEW: I love Vitamin E oil. It is amazing for your skin. It's ultra moisturising and is often an ingredient in good lotions and lip balms. Use this as a night cream or moisturiser once a week and you will have the softest skin and lips! I also use this for stretch marks/burns/eczema/rashes/wrinkles etc and its very healing. I have used this on my hair as well and for removing waterproof mascara. This is just such a multi purpose oil that you can get for cheap and is so rich and beneficial for your skin and hair. I totally recommend trying out some :)

Maybelline New York Great Lash Clear Mascara for Lash and Brow
REVIEW: I'm almost out of this, I've been using this for about a year. It's a very cheap lash gel and I've used this as a mascara primer. It does the job and does not make my brows really hard and waxy or leave a strange residue - try this out if you want a cheap and good brow gel for unruly brows.

Maybelline Full 'N Soft Hypo-allergenic With Vitamin E Waterproof Mascara

REVIEW: My all time favorite mascara for long amazing lashes. I have the most stick straight stubborn lashes, not too long or fabulous. This mascara literally makes them so long, full and thick. It is not brittle or clumpy at all - you can layer this 5 times and still get no clumps. If you don't believe me look up reviews for this, this is one of the highest rated mascaras - if you have long lashes or short lashes this will do wonders for you. I could not find this in Canada unfortunately, so I ordered it on eBay for about $5. My only issue is that I have it in waterproof and girl, I HATE taking waterproof mascara off so I can't wear this everyday - for daily use I use the Revlon Grow Luscious that I talked about in my last favorites. I will probably order the washable one to try that out. Anyway, if you are looking to try out a new mascara this is the best out there and I will forever repurchase.

Wet n Wild Ultimate Sheer Tinted Moisturiser in Sun Kissed 183 with SPF 15
REVIEW: I bought this earlier in the year but have used it a lot this summer. I have tried a lot of tinted moisturisers and this is the best in coverage, consistency and price. It comes in tons of shades light and dark which is awesome for drugstore. The packaging is kind of cheap and it is not extremely blendable but let it set and it will really adjust to your skin and look better and better throughout the day. I have not worn this without my regular moisturiser under so I am not sure if it really is moisturising but the coverage is just perfect and it feels very light. Give this a try, you can find this at Walmart in Canada.

LA Colors Mineral Pressed Powder in Warm Caramel
REVIEW: This is definitely a hidden makeup gem. This was actually recommended by my friend who has tried every high end and drugstore powder for her extremely oily and sensitive skin. In online reviews a makeup artist even said he uses this on all his clients and gives the most flawless finish. I could not find this in Canada so I placed this in a large order from the seller I talked about in my NYX concealer review for about $3. I was amazed the first time I used this. You can literally layer this 5 times and it will not get cakey. It has the best texture, it is silky and keeps your makeup locked in all day. I don't know what it is about this, it makes my skin look flawless. The shade I have will be a tad darker in the winter so I will def repurchase one shade lighter. You must try this, if you know where to find this in Canada/ US please let me know down below!

REVIEW: I've explained before that I have stick straight lashes so curling is absolutely necessary for me. I've gone through a lot of lash curlers and often the band does not fit all my lashes or it curls my lashes in a strange way or just breaks on me too soon. I purchased this one off of eBay because I liked the style of the curler and wanted to give it a try. I really like this, it gives a really nice curl and has not given me any problems.

L'Oreal Voluminous Smouldering Eyeliner With Sharpener in Black
REVIEW: I have been on the hunt for the perfect dark black eyeliner that I can use for waterline as well as on my lid. I don't think this is the one but I still really like this for a couple reasons. The main reason is that it is so creamy, dark and easy to put on. It doesn't require any tugging or pulling. It also is so easy to get off at night and doesn't leave that eternal racoon eyeliner. I always set all my black liner with black eyeshadow. It has become a quick routine for me and this lasts all day. I think without setting it, it would probably leak. Also, the tip is not extremely precise for those of you who love your thin precise liner. If you want something really creamy to smoke out or use as a base this would be perfect.

NYX Round Lip Gloss in Apricot and Dolly Pink
REVIEW: I am OBSESSED with these glosses! These were also a part of the large order of NYX stuff and the powder I talked about earlier. I got 3 glosses but I gave one to my sister. I am in love with the color, texture, staying power and price! I could not find these in Canada but I'm so happy I ordered these. Apricot is the most beautiful perfect mixture of red/coral and just looks so flattering for everyday wear. In the swatch above with flash it comes off a strange orange but I tried to take better pictures. I have been looking for a gloss this color for a while. It would look good on every skin tone and it goes on so smooth and easily. It isnt sticky at all and is not drying or messy. It lasts me 3-4 hours before having to reapply which I do not mind at all. Dolly pink is the perfect fuschia/purple/pink color I have been wanting. This looks amazing for going out if you do not want to wear this everyday and it doesn't have a strange blue hue or isn't too tacky looking. These glosses are perfect and I will repurchase over and over again.
BUY: Again, this seller sells stuff in ones or in different bulks if you want to collect more shades. For $15 you can get 10 of these glosses - as opposed to buying one MAC lip gloss. Amazing right?
